About me
I'm Florin Lemnaru, a barista with over 12 years of experience, national vice-champion in latte art and coffee tasting (Cup Tasters). I've competed in numerous competitions, reaching the podium every time. I now judge national competitions, guiding and inspiring the new generation of baristas. Specialized in curated coffee experiences for private and corporate events, workshops, and mobile bars. Skilled in espresso precision, latte art, and guest-focused service, creating memorable moments for high-profile clients and luxury events.
Alongside the shop, I teach. My Latte Art and barista trainings start from the fundamentals — clean extraction, steamed milk, a steady hand — and go all the way through to competition prep.
Bucharest is the home base, but I happily travel wherever good coffee is served.
